Our editorial independence policy
No brand has ever paid for a positive review or to appear in our rankings. Affiliate commissions have zero influence on scores. A product that scores 5.0 stays at 5.0. Products we don't recommend stay published even when brands ask us to remove them.

🎓 B.Pharma — M.P 🧪 DMLT — Completed 🔬 Founder, FitLabReviews

Pankaj founded FitLabReviews while studying pharmacy, frustrated that most supplement review sites are run by marketers with no science background. His B.Pharma coursework in pharmacokinetics, bioavailability, and pharmaceutical chemistry gives FitLabReviews a level of ingredient analysis most review sites don't have. His DMLT qualification means he understands what lab testing actually measures — and where it can be gamed.

How Every Review Is Produced

Every product goes through the same 5-step process before a FitLab Score is assigned. Scores are weighted across five criteria — no shortcuts, no exceptions.

Step 01
Ingredient Analysis
30% of score
Every ingredient checked against peer-reviewed research for efficacy, bioavailability, and safety at the dose used.
Step 02
Dosing Accuracy
25% of score
Each dose compared against clinically effective amounts. Underdosed ingredients are flagged and penalised in the score.
Step 03
Label Transparency
20% of score
Proprietary blends lose points. Full ingredient and dose disclosure — plus third-party certifications — is the standard.
Step 04
Real-World Results
15% of score
Taste, mixability, and actual effect over 4–8 weeks factored in where products are personally tested.
Step 05
Value for Money
10% of score
Cost per effective dose calculated and compared to alternatives. Premium pricing without premium formula is penalised.
